the hotel location is great, very accessible. the rooms are clean, a standard consistently maintained. i found the bed comfortable and especially liked the shower. the staff were unfailingly polite and friendly throughout my stay.

The hotel location proved convenient. It was central to many attractions, and this facilitated easy exploration. The rooftop pool area had a nice gym. I also found the staff to be helpful. They provided excellent customer service.
I experienced some issues during breakfast. The breakfast area was very busy. It often took a long time to find a seat. I also noted that the mini bar was not stocked with refreshments, it was inconvienient.

The location is great, and it is near the metro station. I found the breakfast to be good, with a lot of variety. Staff members are friendly (especially Miss Lu, who handled the breakfast rush with a smile).
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room. The furniture seemed a bit aged.

Wonderful Stay at Towers Rotana!

I found my room spacious and well-appointed, a total delight after a long day. The location is central, I had easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff offered excellent service, always courteous and eager to assist with any requests. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured a wide variety of options, I particularly loved the fresh fruit selection.

The concierge offered assistance with directions and transportation, I found them very helpful. The front desk staff were always available, they promptly addressed my inquiries with a smile, and I really appreciate their effort. the service was great.

The hotel is close to the Financial Centre metro station, I found it very convenient for exploring. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance, I never had problems finding a place to dine. The location is ideal for business and leisure travelers.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym, I counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area has ample seating, with sun loungers and shaded sections to relax. I enjoyed the sauna, it was relaxing after a workout.

The breakfast buffet includes hot and cold options, I sampled many international dishes. The selection of pastries and fruits was excellent, I was especially charmed by the fresh croissants. I was amazed by the variety, it caters to diverse tastes.
